monthly· USD / mes- Base plan price; extra usage and add-ons can raise the bill.
storage· GB- Included database space, not file storage. Whether it applies per project or per account is on the product page.
Conditions and sources
Layerbase · Free
Up to 2 databases and 5 GB total, not per database. Databases sleep when idle and wake on connect; Free requires sleep periods and has no scheduled backups. Acceptable use limits sustained transfer. Production applications with recurring revenue need a paid plan.
Layerbase · Solo
Up to 2 databases and 10 GB total. The 768 MB pool keeps one database always on; the other can sleep. Usage is not metered for billing, but sustained-transfer limits apply. Performance and workload equivalence with other providers have not been measured.
Layerbase · Pro
Up to 10 databases and 25 GB total. They share a 1.5 GB RAM and 1 vCPU always-on pool; ten simultaneously active databases are not guaranteed. Optional pool blocks cost $10/month. Acceptable use limits sustained transfer. Performance and workload equivalence have not been measured.
Neon · Free
100 CU-hours of compute and 1 GB per project (20 GB per account). Scales to zero after 5 minutes and cannot be disabled. Free limits are not a production SLA.
Neon · Launch
No fixed fee: $0.106 per CU-hour and $0.35 per GB-month, so the monthly base price depends on your usage and is not shown. Includes 500 GB of egress per project; then $0.10 per GB.
Turso · Developer
9 GB included and $0.75 per additional GB; 2,500 million rows read and 25 million written per month included, with per-unit overage. You need to validate your application's compatibility.
