What we collect and why

Forms never subscribe you to anything you didn't ask for. Analytics and marketing are on by default and we tell you so on your first visit; in "Privacy", at the bottom of every page, you can turn them all off or by category. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, they start off. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is turned on until you accept.
Who we share data with
Only with providers that process it on our behalf. We don't sell your data.
- Customy: the platform that runs the forms, accounts, content and first-party analytics.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads): unless you turn analytics or marketing off.
- Cloudflare: DNS, network protection, caching and anonymous, cookieless performance metrics (Web Analytics).
- Hostinger: servers that run the site and the platform, in the United States and Brazil.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside Colombia: Hostinger (United States and Brazil), Google (United States) and Cloudflare (global network). They do so on our behalf and with the safeguards Colombian law requires for transmitting data to processors.
How long we keep it
- Contact and advisory requests: 24 months after the last exchange.
- Brief: until you unsubscribe.
- Visitor account: while it is active; deleting it deletes your library.
- Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your authorization and ask for proof of it. From your account you can export your library. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form with the subject "Personal data"; we answer within the terms of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012: 10 business days for inquiries and 15 for claims. If you're not satisfied, you can go to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, announce it on the site.
